    1. HOW GROUPE BOUCAU WILL USE YOUR PHOTOS AND ITS CONTENT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      You retain all of your intellectual property rights in your photograph or other content, but you authorize us to use the photograph and, if applicable, your Instagram handle, as we determine.<\/p>\n

      By submitting, uploading and\/or otherwise agreeing to use a photo or other content, including but not limited to photo captions, your name and the name of anyone appearing in the content (collectively, ” Content”), you grant to us worldwide, for the duration of the literary and artistic property rights attached to the relevant content by current and future international conventions, without restriction, royalty free, irrevocable, sublicensable the right to<\/p>\n

      1. REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Consequently, you guarantee the Boucau Group peaceful enjoyment of the Content.         1. THE CONTENT YOU SUBMIT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          B. Is inappropriate, sexually explicit, harassing, abusive, harmful, violent, or otherwise objectionable or offensive in any way.<\/p>\n

          C. Contains any viruses, worms, corrupted files or other forms of malicious code or content that may cause damage to any website or computer.<\/p>\n

          D. Violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.<\/p>\n

          E. Shows any identifiable individual. Fails or invades the privacy or publicity rights of any person, living or deceased, or infringes the rights of any third party.<\/p>\n
